Erin Strader grew up riding in Michigan where she found an eventing trainer and became hooked on the sport. Erin started as a working student making her way to head rider at Phillip Dutton over the years. In 2013, she competed in the CCI2* Young Rider division NAYC, finishing with a team silver medal and fifth individually. After college, Erin began working as a barn manager and trainer helping them to find their next careers after racing. Erin’s current mount is an Irish Sport Horse mare, Live and Learn, competing at the CCI4* level. Now on her own she enjoys inspiring the next generation.
