Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Veltri has a 30 day return/exchange policy from the date of your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached, and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Following items are not eligible for a return or exchange:
• any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
Shipping for the return or exchange is paid for by the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. if you have not received your refund after this time period elapses and after checking in with your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is in process, please contact us at sales@veltrisport.com

Veltri Sport is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
