Shipping and Delivery Policy
We offer free express shipping (2-4 days) on all orders in the continental U.S. and free expedited international shipping (3-7 days) on all orders from $200.
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail, with the Shopify tracking app, or by logging in to your account on https://uniqcorn.com
We accept returns of all orders within 14 days of the date the order was shipped. Returns will be subject to a restocking fee ($8.75) which will be deducted from your refund. This service is only available in the 48 contiguous US States. For returns originating outside of the 48 contiguous US States, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You may return via the method of your choice, but please obtain a tracking number and insure your package, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Please Note: We are only able to process refunds via the method you paid. For example, if you paid via credit card we will issue the refund to your credit card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
International Shipping
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Uniqcorn Exceptionnel has no control over these charges, nor can Uniqcorn Exceptionnel predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Usually you can pay customs and import fess online upon receiving your tracking information for a hassle free delivery to your door!
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Please choose carefully before you buy.
For faulty products, Uniqcorn Exceptionnel offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavor to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
Customer Service Policy
Uniqcorn Exceptionnel is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
