Shipping and Delivery Policy
Products are delivered United States wide using United States Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within United States. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the package is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your package from the nearest Post Office.

Returns Made Easy
We offer free returns on all products.
Saddles must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Saddles must be returned in the condition they were received.
We offer returns on all other products within 14 days of the delivery date. Product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
Our products arrive to you with a pre-paid return label. Simply repackage your goods and drop it off to the designated shipping carrier.
When Will I Get My Refund?
The time it will take your package to get to us will vary by carrier and shipping location. Once we receive your package, we’ll issue your refund in 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is complete.

Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
