Shipping and Delivery Policy
Products are delivered United States wide using United States Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within United States. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the package is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your package from the nearest Post Office.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
If a clinician has failed to deliver feedback on a clinic within 14 business days, we will contact you to determine if you would like to cancel the clinic. As payment is only rendered at the completion of a clinic, you will not be charged in the event of a cancelled clinic. If you would like to choose a different clinician at that time, we would be happy to assist you in re-submitting the clinic.
Customer Service Policy
RingSide Pro is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed are currently available and pricing is true and correct. Standard feedback delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; we do allow up to 14 business days for clinicians to complete feedback given that their schedules vary. In the event that a clinic is unfulfilled within 14 business days we will contact you to let you know and you may cancel the clinic.
