We stand behind the quality and design of our apparel and so we offer an amazing 365-day return policy on all performance apparel, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return. Love it or your money back.
Barn Chill and luxe horse tack has a 30 day return policy. If you don’t love it, we will work with you to find something you love, or give your money back.

Unfortunately our Barn Chill Collection is part of our sustainable brand and printed specifically for you at the time you order to eliminate land waste and over production of unwanted apparel so we cannot accept returns for those. If you have a sizing issue or want to exchange, we are happy to try to work with you though and find a happy solution, so send us an email with your concerns…we are here to make it right.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Products are delivered United States wide using United States Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within United States. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the package is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your package from the nearest Post Office.
