Shipping and Delivery Policy
Products are delivered United States wide using United States Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within United States. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the package is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your package from the nearest Post Office.

How does it work?
We specialize in making fully Custom English riding boots. All our Designs are Handmade. You can digitally customize your boots, and have a preview of them. Choose the color options of the following features: boot, toe cap, top panel, thin tab & piping. Accents for the toe, top panel and much more.
How are measurements taken?
Contact by text or email with our REPS (Fitters) who are experts measuring. Set up with them an appointment by call, video conference or Personal fitting. After you purchase we will send you a video on how to take your own measurements. All you will need is: tape measure, tape, a mirror, and a phone. Now you are ready to go!
Can I preview custom boots before purchasing?
Yes! Boots can be designed on our website with a digital preview.
Warranty
We are proud to offer a One-Year Warranty on all of our boots. The warranty covers any repair of materials of the boot. To qualify for it, you must follow the maintenance instructions carefully that you can find in this website. Also we guarantee the Fitting until you are pleased with the boots.
What if the boot doesn’t fit?
All our boots are handmade so a mistake could happen, but don’t worry we will take care of you until you are pleased with your boots. We will send you a label to ship the boots back to us and we will make any alternations needed free of cost until the boot will fit you perfectly.
What do your boots cost?
Any boot style that includes 8 customizable options are $750
If you are 23 or under you qualify for our student program for $620
There are many extras that you can add to your boot for an additional cost, you can include: Exotic leathers, piping, inside patch, name inside the boot, Sterling Silver Initials, and Rhinestones. Using the website you can design and see your unique boot before you order it.
