Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
StreamZ Global product range have both a 6-month and 12-month warranty from the date of receipt, depending on the product.
6-month warranty is offered on our silicone wristbands and 12-month warranty is offered on all other products.
Returns are classed as ‘unwanted goods’, ‘damaged goods in transit’ or ‘warranty returns’. All online purchases agree to this policy.
Products which have been damaged (whether in use or not) are not covered under warranty.
No representation or warranty is made as to the fitness of goods for the purpose for which they are intended, or for any particular purpose. StreamZ Global are unable to guarantee results and do not offer refunds or returns if customers have not found the results they were hoping for.
Items returned without preauthorisation will be rejected.
Return process for unwanted goods (unused goods):
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in the condition it was received and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. This includes international purchases.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allows online buyers to request refunds the moment they place the order and ends 14 days from the day the goods are received. Items must have been returned and in the condition they were received in, brand new. Your right to cancel an order for goods placed on www.www.streamz-global.com starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. As a gesture of goodwill to our USA online customers we pass this return facility onto them too – extending the timeline if tracking numbers for the return are passed to our support team.
StreamZ does not offer free returns and as such the cost of returning unwanted goods is to be covered at your own cost. This includes international delivery costs. We would advise that all return consignments are fully tracked as full ownership of the consignment is only handed back to StreamZ Global upon a signature on the inbound consignment.
Once StreamZ take receipt of the returned item(s), as long as the returns process is followed (as detailed at the bottom of this page) payment refunds will be made with 72 hours (Monday – Friday) and refunded to the payment gateway used at the time of order.
Warranty Return Process (if damaged):
Streamz products, excluding our silicone wristbands, have a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt.
Our silicone wristbands (SG-YOUBOOST) have a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt.
No returns process is in place on used items, unless the items is damaged or broken due to a result of a defect in the manufacturing process.
A replacement service is in place for any defected issues that may occur within the warranty period; this includes issues relating to the aesthetics of the product but excludes any return requests based on the purpose for which they are intended, or heavily worn/used products which have not been deemed to be maintained.
Warranty replacement service on our silicone wristbands excludes damage through wear-and-tear or physical damage created by stretching the wristband.
Return on defected items once in use and not relating to damage created by the delivery is at the full discretion of StreamZ Global.
Returns on damaged items due to general ‘wear-and-tear’ will not be accepted. Please take special note of the care of item within the products instructions. Please be aware that as with any product used outside general care and maintenance is required on the product to retain warranty rights.
Return process for damaged/missing goods in transit:
Where goods are dispatched by courier, notification of damage to any packaging or contents within must be made in writing to the StreamZ support team within 48 hours of receipt. Pictures showing the damaged box to be used as adequate evidence will be requested to enable a claim with the courier. Once a claim has been completed and the damaged items are returned to StreamZ a full refund or exchange can be arranged.
In the event of non-delivery of any goods notification must be made to StreamZ in writing with 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Unless the above instructions are followed StreamZ Global shall not incur any liability to any persons or loss of or damage to the goods.
Size Exchanges:
If you require a different sized silicone wristband to the one purchased then you can return the original purchase (unused, in condition received) to us within 14 days of receipt by following the return process as listed below. The cost of returning this item is on the customer and ownership of the return is only passed to StreamZ upon a signature of receipt.
You may be asked to include a copy of your original proof of purchase and our support team will require your full delivery address for the return. Size exchanges will be processed by our support team and sent via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class service at no additional charge to yourself. If next day service is require our standard rates will apply and will be sent as an invoice to your email address where payment will be required in advance.
No size exchanges will take place until the original item is returned and fully inspected.
StreamZ can reject size exchange requests any any stage and offer a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
StreamZ Global US stock location is with a fulfilment partner and located in Texas. All orders placed with be fulfilled from this US location using USPS delivery services.
In scenarios where stock is unavailable StreamZ Global may use international shipping services at no cost to the buyer using international couriers such as DHL, FEDEX or UPS to deliver all orders via international fully-tracked and insured courier.
Estimated delivery times across the US are between 3 and 5 days from date of order but do depend on the location of the delivery.
StreamZ Global do not employ their own staff to deliver items and once deliveries have left the warehouse the responsibility of delivery is passed to the courier. If you have any questions or issues relating to deliveries contact help@streamz-global.com. Tracking numbers for deliveries will be sent to the customer when the item has left the UK warehouse.
Orders placed after 17.00 (5pm) GMT will not be processed until the next working day (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).
All deliveries require a signature present at the delivery address, failure to do so may result in the delivery being delayed. In most cases a second attempt will be made, then a card left at the address required for collection. Parcels cannot not be ‘left with a neighbour’ or ‘left in a porch’.
Once a tracking number is allocated delivery of that consignment and its delivery terms are passed to the courier company; tracking details and updates are between the consignee and the courier. Tracked consignments are subject to the terms set by the individual courier. Delays on tracked consignments should be communicated direct to the courier; and are available within 3 calendar months of the shipment date.
Any delivery attempted by the courier which is then returned to StreamZ Global will generate a refund against the job and require the customer to reorder if they still require the item.
Customer Service Policy
No representation or warranty is made as to the fitness of goods for the purpose for which they are intended or for any particular purpose.
Return on defected items once used and not in the condition received, or deemed a failure with the product itself, is at the full discretion of StreamZ Global. If deemed a product failure within the warranty period a full replacement will be issued. No refunds are issued outside of statutory laws.
Damage to the material is not included under standard warranty once the product has been used, including ‘chewed’ or ‘lost’ products.
The warranty period from purchase date is 12 calendar months.
Warranty is not offered on the stickiness/fastening ability of the fastener, however if you do have any issues or queries relating to this please contact our support team.
Warranty replacements are only provided by proof-of-purchase (receipt via StreamZ, Paypal or Worldpay) and direct with StreamZ Global, or via one of our authorised retailers. This excludes any purchases made via unauthorised channels such as eBay or similar auction sites. Except as otherwise provided in these conditions all terms conditions and warranties express or implied statutory common law or otherwise are hereby excluded.
No warranty of the maintained condition of material and/or aesthetic use is provided, however, our support team are here to help if you experience any issues.
Colour pigments used within the silicone DOG StreamZ collars are not 100% UV stable since Cadmium was banned in the EU, particularly with lighter colours such as the existing Orange collar . If collars are left in direct sunlight for too long they may discolour. Discolouration is not covered under warranty.
Replacement sleeves are available as warranty replacements only and only available from StreamZ Global. Proof of original purchase is strictly required to avoid counterfeit products being seen on the market. Any discovered counterfeits will be dealt with immediately by reporting the item or known supplier to appropriate authorities.
