Customer Service Policy
Dressage Queen Dream is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
All prices are United States Dollar amounts.
For orders within the Continental U.S.A. the order will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the best service available. Please allow for 3 - 5 business days for delivery.
For all shipments outside the Continental U.S.A. orders under $250 will be $24.95. Free Shipping on orders of $250 and above. Please allow 8-14 days for delivery.
Once your Dressage Queen Dream order has shipped, you will be sent a confirmation receipt. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, please contact Dressage Queen Dream and we will help you track your shipment.
