Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping will be done through a reputable company such as Canada Post or UPS. Insurance will be placed on all shipped items. We will ship all items within 3 days of the order (except pre orders will be shipped within 3 days of receiving product). Once shipment is handed to the company, we will not have any more information on delivery, timeline, or location of said products; this should be taken up with the company used and tracking number available.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, clean, and in excellent new condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at derbyclothingco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, and shipping will be at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once worn breeches are no longer eligible for returns. New breeches in tried on condition only will be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it is received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your received product if you would like to change colour or sizes. Shipping for the returned item will be at your own expense. Your new product will be shipped to you once we have received and inspected the old item to be in the same condition it was sold.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Customer Service Policy
Derby Clothing Company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
