Shipping and Delivery Policy
Canada / Domestic Shipping: Free Shipping for all orders over $200 USD.
United States and International: Free Shipping for all orders over $200 USD.
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from the time of purchase.
A tracking number will be provided by email at the time of shipping.
At the time of purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your order. You'll receive another email when your order has shipped and a tracking number will be provided.
Unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped via regular post. Depending on your location, you should receive your order no later than 14 business days from the time of shipping (applicable to domestic orders only). There is no shipping time guarantee for international orders.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
To return an item, please see our customer service / return policy.
If you purchased the wrong Fit blanket size and would like to exchange it for a different size, please contact customer service within 15 days of your purchase.

Customer Service Policy
Returns
Anatomeq equine wear (polos, saddle pads and blankets) have a satisfaction guarantee and are eligible for return within 30-days from purchase.
If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will evaluate your return on a case by case basis. Please contact customersupport@anatomeq.com
Other items (apparel & accessories) are eligible for return within 30 days and must be in new, unused condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all labels and tags.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty & Guarantee
Anatomeq products are fully guaranteed against manufacturer's defects. If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please contact us.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact customer service. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to use in your return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive the shipping label may vary.
