A highly regarded, sought after coach and trainer, Ray has offered his intricate knowledge of the sport in various volunteer capacities. In 2004, Ray was Chair of the Selection Committee for the Olympic Showjumping Team, and Selector of the World Championship US Equestrian Team in 2010. In addition, Ray has held various committee roles with the former ASHA and current USEF.
Today, Ray continues to exercise his passion for teaching and prepares horses and riders for international competition at Alder Lane Farm.
