Edgar Pagan is a seasoned showjumping trainer with decades of experience competing, coaching, and developing top riders and horses. His journey began in Brooklyn, where his passion for horses was sparked at a young age. At just 11, he began working at a showjumping stable, setting the foundation for a lifelong career.
Edgar has trained and competed at the highest levels, including the Pan American Games and Olympic trials. He has developed young horses into champions, selling them to elite riders, and coached top competitors like Manuel Torres and Tony Font to major wins. His training philosophy is built on discipline, precision, and trust—helping riders refine their skills while ensuring horse and rider reach their full potential.
Now based at La Cresta Equestrian Center, Edgar is dedicated to training serious students in a world-class facility. Whether working with junior riders, amateurs, or seasoned competitors, his focus remains the same: listen, learn, and achieve excellence.
There are three lessons for the clinic, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Fee to participate is $145 for the day. Auditing is $25 per person.
