Parcival is a particularly beautiful 4-year-old gelding who is well-suited for show jumping.
He is generously developed and strongly lined. He also has a correct foundation.
This talented gelding has 3 correct and spacious basic gaits, with his good balance standing out.
But his qualities lie mainly in jumping. He shows a lot of power and jumps with great technique.
This is not surprising, because we see top show jumping blood anchored in his pedigree.
His sire is the well-known stallion Grandorado TN. Under the saddle of Willem Greve he jumps at the highest level.
And he passes on this above-average jumping quality to his offspring. That is partly why Grandorado was declared KEUR by the KWPN in 2023.
Parcival's dam is the mare Celmi. She descends from the well-known top sire Concorde. Dam Celmi carries the ELITE predicate and, in combination with Starpower and Eldorado, has already produced two international show jumping horses, namely Kingston TV and Jackpower. This well-known ‘Hagedoorn’ line has also produced several international show jumping and dressage horses.
Parival has a good exterior and an excellent interior.
He is honest and reliable when being handled. He is also calm in the stable.
He has now been under saddle for over half a year. Parcival has a cooperative character and gives his rider a good feeling. He takes up the work well and is eager to learn. He has now successfully jumped his first 1m and 1.10m courses.
