Kynynmont Anya is a 2019 Halfbred Connemara by our ACPS Premium Connemara Stallion Kynynmont Cooper O’Grady and out of Kynynmont Tara (by Greystone McErrill). Anya's brother on his dam’s side is a little bit famous (Kynynmont Gunsmoke’s Gideon!) and Anya has the brains and beauty to follow in his footsteps!
Anya is 15 hands, dark bay, and has a gorgeous tail! She is super laid back - at home or at the show, Anya is very much the same gal - happy to chill, always interested to know if you have sugar, and a total worker bee!
Anya has three beautiful gaits, but her canter is definitely the highlight. When you canter Anya, you can really feel her natural ability to sit behind and lift in front. Anya has competed at Training Level in two schooling shows (under two different riders) and will started Recognized competitions this Fall.
While Anya may be green in mileage, she has shown herself to be a solid citizen on and off property and is excellent to hack around the farm. She is also very tolerant (she is NOT "mare-ish") and would be suitable for a less-than-perfectly-balanced rider. Anya is one you can grow with and enjoy. Anya is barefoot, turns out well with others, and is a total lady on crossties and in the trailer! (Anya HWSD:N/N)
