Good Hope Equestrian Training Center has served the equestrian recreational/sport and rehabilitative needs of individuals within South Florida since 1999, augmenting their horsemanship skills, independence, employability potential, and quality of life. Using the equine as its tool, Good Hope offers an array of innovative programs serving more than 400 underserved Miami-Dade County residents annually.
Since 2001, Good Hope Equestrian Training Center continues to serve as a Premier Accredited Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, International (PATH, International) previously known as, North American Riding for the Handicapped (NARHA) facility within the Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. In achieving PATH, International accreditation status, GHETC continues to demonstrate its excellence in providing quality, industry standardized, evidence-based equine assisted activities to individuals with disabilities. The tranquil 20-acre facility with friendly equine friends offers families a chance to escape their stressful lives and benefit from the unique feelings of well-being that accompany interactions between horse and participant.
