Makenna began riding at an early age and quickly found her passion in horses. After competing in the big equitation and junior jumpers as a junior rider, she decided to pursue an equestrian collegiate career at the NCAA D1 College of Charleston. After graduating in 2021, she worked as barn manager and professional rider at the prestigious Blue Ridge Farms in Orange County, California. In 2022, she decided to move to beautiful Santa Ynez, Ca and pursue a business of her own. She greatly enjoys training all levels of riders, but has a soft spot for pony riders and the ponies themselves. Makenna, also, specializes in equestrian sales and imports- prompting her to travel across the world to find the “perfect fit” for horse and rider.
